Account data (email, username, display name, optional bio and profile photo), the content you create (rankings, items, images, comments, votes, saves), onboarding preferences, friend connections, device push tokens (if you enable notifications), and subscription status from Apple. We do not collect your precise location or contacts.
To operate the service: showing your profile and rankings, building your feed, delivering notifications you opt into, and validating your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Published rankings, your username, display name, bio, and profile photo are visible to other users. Private rankings are visible only via share links you create. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, payments via Apple).
Data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your profile, rankings, images, comments, and votes.
Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access tokens are stored in your device keychain.
You can access, update, or delete your data in-app, or contact us at privacy@rankr.app for any privacy request.
RANKR is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
